My first love is helping first time home buyers find your first home.  Educating you on the process, from credit analysis to obtaining your mortgage and helping you to narrow down your choices in location, size and style and making it a very enjoyable process.  Nothing beats the look on a buyer’s face when they are given the keys to their first home!

Keeping abreast of current market changes I have educated myself on “short sales“, bank owned (REO) or foreclosed properties. I blog on short sales and other real estate related subjects on a regular basis, on Trulia, Active Rain and Merchant Circle. Incorporating the latest techniques and marketing trends whether in short sales or technology allows me to help both sellers and buyers to take full advantage of today’s dynamic real estate market.
