Educating them on the process, from credit analysis to obtaining their mortgage and then narrowing down their choices in location, size and style is a very enjoyable process. My ability to work with the diverse population in Kane, Kendall, DuPage and Will is a source of pride. I have lived in the Fox Valley area for over 50 years so am very familiar with many of the towns through living or working in them. With my diverse corporate background I have been exposed to many cultures that have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the their customs and needs. My ability to speak another language and understand the family dynamics allows me to understand who the decision makers are and how to interact with the whole family.

With the current market change I have educated myself on “short sales“, bank owned (REO) or foreclosed properties and creative seller programs such as “rent to own”. Keeping my options open on how best to serve both buyers and seller’s in today’s constantly changing residential real estate market is what I strive to do by taking advanced short sale courses and being active on a variety of short sale organizations.
